The Learning & Development Finance Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, coaching Finance professionals, and enhancing capabilities across the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and facilitation skills to influence others through clear communication and structured learning paths. The specialist will deliver and improve training programs, facilitate learning sessions, support onboarding and upskilling, coach employees, partner with subject matter experts, contribute to building a strong learning culture, and measure learning effectiveness.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance roles
  • Experience in training delivery or facilitation
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Here’s the Deal:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Learning &  Development Finance Specialist with strong foundations in Accounting and Reporting (ATR) processes and a genuine passion for learning and development. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering impactful technical training, coaching Finance professionals, and enhancing capabilities across the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, facilitation skills, and the ability to influence others through clear communication and structured learning paths. If you're energized by helping others grow and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment—this is your chance to make waves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and continuously improve technical training programs within the ATR vertical

  • Facilitate learning sessions (virtual and in-person) focused on finance systems, processes, and best practices

  • Support onboarding and upskilling initiatives for new and existing team members

  • Coach and mentor employees in the application of finance tools and policies

  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure learning content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with global standards

  • Contribute to building a strong learning culture through active collaboration across regions

  • Measure learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Ensure training delivery is aligned with business goals and performance expectations

The Basics:

Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Years of Experience: 3+ years in Finance roles, preferably within Accounting to Reporting (ATR)
Learning & Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in training delivery, coaching, or facilitation
Software: ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel (Intermediate: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Languages: English – B2 or higher (you’ll be interacting with global teams!)
