What We’re Looking For

Contract Ownership: Takes full ownership of contract creation, review, negotiation, and management processes within the legal team, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives.

Legal Expertise: Demonstrates familiarity with contract law and regulations relevant to the company's industry.

Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to streamline and improve contract management processes, implementing scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conducts thorough risk assessments for contracts, proactively identifying potential legal risks and escalating legal risk to the Head of Legal.

Contract Hygiene and Management: Maintain contract hygiene and organization of the contract management system, verifying spelling, grammar, and workflow.

Organization and Prioritization: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and deliver quality products on timely basis.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in a legal department

Experience working with contract lifecycle.

Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with contract management and drafting, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.Intellectual property and data privacy experience.

Experience negotiating commercial and corporate partnerships.

Experience with contract management software and tools.

Starting Compensation: $142K - $173K base salary based on experience

Location: Las Vegas, NV HQ - Onsite 5 days/week
