Intro

As the Live Ops Director at FRVR, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for live operations, publishing and game content management across our diverse game portfolio. This senior role focuses on maximizing revenue impact by leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance player engagement and monetization. You will coordinate communication channels, optimize game & channel publishing strategies, and ensure our live operations are top-notch. Your mission is to create a seamless, data-informed feedback loop that continuously refines player experiences and drives scalable growth.

Challenges & Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Revenue Impact:
    • Optimize platform products through multivariate testing across channels.
    • Develop strategies to increase player retention, engagement, and monetization.
    • Utilize analytics to identify key revenue drivers and opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Analyze live operations data to understand player behavior and game performance
    • Report on initiative outcomes and provide actionable insights
    • Use data to iterate on and improve strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with the Platform team and stakeholders on new features
    • Align live ops activities with company goals
    • Lead cross-functional teams to implement new tools and features
  • Live Ops Efficiency
    • Improve tools and processes to streamline operations.
    • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Industry Benchmark
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
    • Benchmark strategies against leading competitors.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in live game operations, preferably in f2p or instant games.
    • Proven success in boosting player engagement and monetization.
    • Versatility with various game genres and platforms.
    • P&L ownership for multiple games.
  • Bias for Impact:
    • Proactive, impact-driven, and autonomous.
    • Ability to identify and focus on high-impact opportunities.
  • Analytical Expertise:
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
    • Experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing.
  • Leadership:
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong decision-making abilities balancing short-term and long-term goals.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Ability to facilitate cross-functional communication and create comprehensive documentation.
