As Marketing Manager, you’ll be building and executing tactical marketing plans for one of our titles with the aim of growing our audience. You’ll bring experience of working on planning and executing on successful games marketing campaigns, both paid and organic.

The ideal candidate will have experience of marketing across PC and console platforms and bring a passion for community growth. At Flashbulb you’ll work in a creative and supportive environment as part of our product team, and will have access to strategic guidance and support at every step of the way.

The role will be based in our Copenhagen office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years marketing experience from the games industry.
  • Previous experience of working on multiple marketing campaigns for shipped games and live services.
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven experience of stakeholder management.
  • Great understanding of what it takes to take an idea from concept to execution, and the desire to execute.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the tactical marketing timeline (and execution) for one of our franchises, including stakeholder management.
  • Owning and driving tone of voice for your titles.
  • Planning, building and executing brilliant marketing plans and impactful activity that amplifies the quality and craft of Flashbulb Games: from video campaigns to go-to-market campaigns, reactivation emails and everything in between.
  • Tightly collaborating with key stakeholders on optimal timing for activities and working with the wider marketing team.
  • Reporting on wins and learnings, maintaining a strong data-driven mindset to back up a powerful intuition for what works and doesn’t, then channeling knowledge into continuously improving plans.
  • Briefing creative assets that will communicate the essence of our games in the most exciting ways possible.
  • Understanding and staying on top of latest trends and evolutions in the gaming landscape and integrating these understandings into great marketing plans.
  • Running and continually optimizing paid marketing campaigns as and when required to support your title(s).
