About the job
The Mid-Level UI/UX Designer will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products and services align with user needs and business goals, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas.
- Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Advocate for a user-centered design approach throughout the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and typography.
- Ability to conduct usability testing and interpret user feedback.
- Experience with designing responsive and adaptive interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and process documentation.
