About this position at Lightspeed LA This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Production Director to join our in-house team and help create world-class production quality on a new and exciting open-world AAA game. We are seeking someone who will bring passion to the role, collaborating closely with production and other disciplinary teams, to help create AAA-level production quality Below is an outline of responsibilities and some of the qualities we look for in the ideal teammate. Responsibilities: Build, Manage, and Lead a team of Producers and Production Assistants that are responsible for capturing requirements, tasks, and actions that must be completed in order to successfully deliver projects and features for our AAA open-world title. Provide guidance and direction to ensure that project goals and deliverables are clearly communicated and achieved. Develop and improve new and existing production methodologies. Coach members of the Production team on how to identify and anticipate risks associated with projects currently in development, and how to propose solutions. Responsible for ensuring product quality and design direction through each stage of the development process. Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in management in a production/development environment with at least one shipped AAA title in a production leadership capacity. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
