Job Description

Lead Project Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of game development, collaborating with directors and producers. The role requires managing budgets, deadlines, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. A minimum of two AAA consumer game project management experiences are required. Responsibilities include coordinating development, balancing budget and deadlines with quality, and working closely with directors and producers. The position offers a 3-month probationary period followed by a 3-year initial contract with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance. A flexible work schedule with a core-time-less flex system is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including various insurances, allowances, and support programs.

Must have:

2+ years AAA consumer game project management experience
Knowledge of consumer game development
Budget & deadline management
Collaboration with directors and producers
Quality assurance of deliverables

試用期間：3ヶ月（労働条件変更なし）

賃金

年収額：応相談

※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 フレックス制（コアタイム無し）休憩時間 60分

完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）

入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大２２日

年末年始休暇（１２/３０-０１/０３）

病気休暇（有給）：１２日/年
