IO Interactive is currently looking for a Missions Producer to join Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI. Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

Our new Missions Producer will be an integral part of a team of Mission Producers each fully owning their respective missions and report to the Lead Missions Producer.

What you will do:

  • Drive and oversee the production of one or multiple missions of the project in alignment with the vision and direction given by the Mission Director and the Game Director.
  • Coordinate the production of one or multiple missions across all involved departments and drive the execution of multiple craft teams towards given milestone requirements in collaboration with all craft leads.
  • Identify and resolve dependencies with other areas of production and in coordination with the Lead Missions Producer.
  • Ensure the best balance between gameplay, narrative and visual excellence as well as scope and time.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve issues and risks relating to your areas of ownership.
  • Define, plan, and execute mission milestones in alignment with the overall project timeline and release schedule. Manage goal-setting, scheduling, and budgeting in your assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Monitor and report progress for all teams involved in mission development, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Partner with the game management team to secure approvals during studio and publisher green light meetings.
  • Provide ongoing constructive feedback about both required improvements as well as positive observations to both managers and peers in order to help nurture the best possible collaboration across the team.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Producer on AAA game projects.
  • A proactive leader with a very high level of diligence and the ability to stay very close to the team’s challenges and requirements.
  • A person with an opinion about fun and rich game experiences.
  • A person with a strong desire and drive to analyse, adapt, optimize and improve on an ongoing basis.
  • A person with empathy and a strong sense for the “pulse” of the team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the production process and adeptness at collaborating with diverse teams, ranging from technical to creative.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape cohesive in-game experiences rather than just individual assets, maintaining AAA standards throughout.
  • Proficiency in workflow development, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams.

About The Company

IO Interactive is a 25-year old, AAA independent game studio, creators of HITMAN, Kane & Lynch, Mini Ninjas and Freedom Fighters. We are currently working on Project 007, Project Fantasy, and continue to develop Glacier, our award-winning game engine.
