We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing, particularly within the healthcare domain. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand ETL requirements and create test cases, performing end-to-end testing of ETL processes, executing and monitoring test cases, identifying defects, developing and maintaining test data sets, creating and maintaining ETL testing documentation, working with stakeholders to understand healthcare data requirements, and providing input on process improvements. The role requires proficiency in SQL, ETL testing tools (Informatica, IBM DataStage, or Talend), healthcare data (HL7, HIPAA), and data validation techniques. A strong understanding of data modeling and integration processes is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ETL testing and healthcare data management.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare domain data, including HL7, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards.
Proficiency in using ETL testing tools such as Informatica, IBM DataStage, or Talend.
Experience with data validation, data profiling, and data quality analysis techniques.
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and data integration processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot ETL process issues.
