We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic Product Design team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user-centered design, demonstrated ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Senior Product Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our products through innovative design solutions and leading design initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design ideas effectively.
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to enhance their skills and growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Proficiency in designing and prototyping with Figma.
Understanding of emerging user-centered design principles, methodologies, technologies, and trends.
Experience with design systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Project management skills.
Proven leadership abilities in a design role.
Expertise in creating high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven design decisions.
