We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join the team focused on Digital Marketing products. Experience in both Product Management and Digital Marketing is a must, though experience specifically in the Property Management SaaS space isn’t required. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products by driving growth with enterprise customers, helming strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional value through world-class software releases. Responsibilities:

    • Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end product development lifecycle for our Digital Marketing products (CRM, website development, marketing analytics, reputation management, paid and organic search, and more), integrating AI capabilities to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
    • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of product plans, with a focus on enterprise clients.
    • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and features.
    • Prioritize and manage product backlog, using data-driven decisions to deliver high-impact features on time.
    • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams in the US and in India.
    • Evangelize the product internally and externally, presenting revenue-enabling capabilities to stakeholders, customers, and industry events.
    • Drive agile development methodologies, continuous improvement, and iterative release cycles for products.
    • Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform product enhancements.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in our products.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or higher education degree in business, law or related field. 
    • Digital Marketing experience either on the agency side or on the SaaS side, and the ability to demonstrate and articulate a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and customer needs.
    • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles within the software industry.
    • Strong understanding of software development processes, and methodologies.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Proven ability to navigate enterprise companies purchasing software.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and make informed decisions.
    • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
    • Previous experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and enterprise customers.

Currently, Entrata hires in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Tennessee for Exempt roles and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for Non-Exempt roles.
