About KGeN:

KGeN (Kratos Gamer Network) is building a multi-chain gamer network that aims to become the home of global gamer data, owned by gamers. At the heart of it is the revolutionary Proof of Gamer (P.O.G) Engine that allows gamers to build, own & monetise their reputation. This data framework allows game publishers to engage with precise gamer cohorts, engaging in deep value exchange through our product stack.


Job Summary:


As a Game Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our partner games receive an exceptional experience on our platform. You will work closely with our Business Development, Community, and Product teams to understand our partners’ needs and help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our partner games, and ensure they receive timely and effective support.
  • Coordinate with the Community team to define the right engagement strategy for the partner game.
  • Track and manage the full lifecycle of projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • "Work with Business Development to renew and expand contracts
  • Provide ongoing product education and best practices to our partner games to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Monitor partner games’ health and usage patterns to identify potential risks, and develop and execute strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Analyze game feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities to improve our platform and game/gamer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product and feature enhancements that will improve the customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.
  • Work with the Business Development team to renew and expand contracts, and manage escalations as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and game needs to inform product and business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales in the gaming or software industry.
  • Ideal background would involve working as a Game Producer in a Gaming Studio
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making and customer insights.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
