Associate Manager - RISK
Job Role -
Operating and supporting risk solutions that provide risk reports (both static and interactive) to clients. Includes providing support to clients with regards to the content of the risk reports: answering queries on data, risk exposures, measures, scenarios, Value-At-Risk calculations and models used within the risk system. Monitor the Risk System performance. Develop solutions to provide various regulatory services. Communicate with clients on explaining various aspects of the service and the calculation methodologies. Identify bugs, recommend changes to improve the calculation methodologies and suggest improvements to existing system for enhancing the service. Be up to date with the regulatory environment. Identify and address any adhoc issues regarding the production of risk reports or escalate to the appropriate team. Provide input and feedback for the continuous enhancement of the system. Leader of primarily technical, skilled, or professional staff working on issues or projects of a moderate scope that require independent judgement guided by established policies, processes, and procedures. Actively engages in the work of the team to resolve escalated issues and meet schedules. Administers company policies and provides direction and guidance to team members on daily work, sometimes through team leads. Recommends new procedures and changes to policies to meet department goals. Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 year of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.
