As the industry rapidly adopts diverse robotic agents across processes, the need for efficient orchestration through advanced software solutions becomes critical. GreyMatterTM, our groundbreaking platform, addresses the highest order challenges in robot navigation, space utilization, human productivity, and safety.

As a member of GreyOrange’s product management team, you will own defining Grey Orange’s current and future product strategies for controlling robotic operations in warehouses. The successful candidate will be able to deep-dive into technology and business aspects. S/he will ideally have both a strong background in product management and planning, combined with strong business acumen, allowing the candidate to provide deep analysis on new technologies and architectures while simultaneously judging the market potential of those emerging products and solutions.

GreyOrange is seeking a hands-on Principal Product Manager with a strong technical background to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the intersection of product management and complex algorithmic problem solving, aimed at enhancing our revolutionary GreyMatterTM platform.

Role And Responsibilities

A day in life of product manager in this role will involve developing and driving the product vision and roadmap for GreyMatterTM, focusing on solving complex navigation, space utilization, and productivity challenges through sophisticated algorithms. Analyze operational data and metrics, connect with customers and users to identify improvement opportunities, ranging from algorithmic enhancements to user interface improvements. Delving into the depth of the core product and implement the necessary improvisations and enhancement at the fundamental level with

algorithms. Identify product improvements, document them as epics in JIRA, and work with agile development teams to prioritize these enhancements. Measure the outcomes of delivered capabilities, ensuring that the enhancements lead to exceptional and measurable product outcomes. Collaborate with the UX team to deliver an excellent user experience for the identified features. Produce articulate written and oral communication of requirements.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in software algorithms, path planning, task prioritization, and sequencing. Familiarity or expertise in these areas is highly desirable.
  • Product Management Skills: Proven ability to drive product roadmap based on functional and performance gaps identified through product usage data, customer feedback, and industry research.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in technical product management, software development, or as a software architect, particularly in supply chain, warehouse automation, warehouse management systems, or operations management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Individual Contributor: Ability to work independently while owning a functional area within GreyMatterTM.

Good to Have

Experience in supply chain, warehouse automation, warehouse management systems, or operations management.

Proven track record of solving technically complex problems and delivering measurable product outcomes.
