Lead Product Manager - Real Money Gaming

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our WorldWinner platform technology team. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to define and develop product requirements and specifications for the WorldWinner technology platform to ensure product success. It is essential that you have experience in Gaming, with strong insights into game economies and monetization.

You should have a strong focus on problem-solving that leverages your technical background and experience to empathize with your customers and design product enhancements to improve their experience. Strong soft skills are required to collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams, to gain adoption and enhance these solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand platform/customer pain points and translate them into prioritized requirements.
• Develop product requirements and user stories, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer value.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product development aligns with product vision and roadmap.
• Cross-functional collaboration developing partnerships with stakeholder teams, including game production, marketing, and platform engineering teams.
• Drive product roadmap, prioritization, customer experience, scope and requirements definition, and delivery to market. 
• Synthesize the needs of internal and external stakeholders into a clear, coherent, and regularly updated forward-looking view of customer- and internal-facing capabilities.
• Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of short- and long-term priorities. Build credibility through consistent communication.
• Have an expert perspective on established models for monetizing games
• Lead teams through the entire development process from hypothesis to ideation, design, implementation, release, measurement, and iteration.
• Maintain a culture of data-driven development. Use quantitative and qualitative analysis, competitive analysis, product improvement experimentation, product analytics, and A/B testing to measure product performance and inform product priorities.
• Manage product launches and lifecycle, and ensure product meets quality standards and security/auditing requirements.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in development to inform product strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience in digital consumer products. 
• Experience with games on mobile and web, with a strong preference for real money applications.
• Experience creating or leading game economy models  
• Passion for creating great gaming experiences, with the ability to identify flaws in design, art, and “feel”
• Proven track record of bringing new consumer-facing experiences to market
• Proven track record of working on products with complex and interdependent systems, preferably mobile games with interdependent free and for-money play loops
• Quantitative and analytical skills 
• Solid understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies
• Possess a strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
