Your primary focus will be on designing and refining website components with conversion optimization in mind—ensuring that our digital experiences are intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performing. You’ll also work on digital content to enhance user engagement and maintain a cohesive brand identity across platforms.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with developers, marketers, and other designers to create engaging digital experiences that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new website components with a strong focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma, leveraging design systems and reusable components.

  • Design and optimize digital content (landing pages, banners, visuals, etc.) for web.

  • Conduct user testing, analyze behavioral insights, and iterate on designs based on data.

  • Optimize UX/UI for engagement, usability, and performance.

  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.

  • Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and deliver pixel-perfect designs.

  • Approach challenges with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Job requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in web design & digital content creation with a strong UX/UI foundation.

  • Figma expert – able to craft pixel-perfect designs, components, and advanced prototypes.

  • Experience creating digital assets for the web.

  • Experience conducting user testing and deriving actionable insights.

  • Strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Hotjar or other user behavior analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance design workflows.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

  • Understanding of SEO best practices for designing web-friendly layouts.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing to optimize design decisions.

  • Interest in golf / sport in general—while not mandatory, a passion for golf is a huge plus, as it will help you better connect with our brand and audience.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible working hours – We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexibility.

  • Collaborative team environment – Join a supportive and dynamic team where collaboration and innovation are at the core of what we do.

  • Delicious daily lunch – Enjoy freshly prepared meals in our canteen, cooked by our in-house chef—it might just be the best office lunch you've ever had!

  • Modern office – Work in our new, state-of-the-art headquarters with comfortable spaces and top-notch facilities, including free coffee, tea, fresh fruit, and breakfast to fuel your day.

  • Trackman Club – Take part in fun social activities organized by our Trackman Club, such as board game nights, ceramics workshops, or wakeboarding at the cable park. It’s a great way to connect with colleagues and enjoy time outside of work.

  • Personal development time – We offer dedicated focus sessions where you can explore new skills, tools, or ideas—whether it's mastering a new design tool, experimenting with a creative concept, or diving into a topic that excites you.
