The Role:  Quality Engineer 
 
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 
  
 
The ideal candidate will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our product quality through effective quality control and assurance processes. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in engineering, measurement techniques, and internal auditing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.  
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

 
Quality Control: 
-          Experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment, including mechanical measurements, reading drawings, and taking appropriate measurements.  
-          Strong knowledge of measuring techniques used to evaluate the quality and performance of products. This includes selecting and operating measuring devices to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.  
-          Establish and maintain an internal calibration program for measuring devices; conduct regular calibration checks and document results to ensure precision. 
-          Develop and maintain documentation procedures for quality control processes. 
-          Generate reports on inspection results, identifying areas for improvement. 
 
Quality Assurance: 
-          Manage and organize quality-related documentation, including reports and test results. 
-          Implement effective document control measures to track revisions and updates. 
-          Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions. 
-          Problem-solving attitude (Control, investigate, resolve, and report on Quality Complaints, internal and external).

work experience requirements

-          Minimum experience of 5 years in the same field. 
-          Proven experience in quality control and quality assurance roles. 
-          Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and experience in conducting internal audits. 
-          Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. 
-          Experience in implementing and maintaining internal calibration programs. 
-          Solid track record in managing and organizing quality-related documentation. 

education requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
