Responsibilities:
Senior leader of NXP's customer facing team engaging on technical collaboration and positioning NXP as the leading solutions provider into US based automotive customers. Engaging BL leadership and customer to achieve strategic alignment in a fast changing market.
Drive business growth and fulfill regional Design Win targets.
Achieve market share growth across full range of NXP technologies.
Effectively align resources and develop talent to achieve forward looking organization goals.
Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in Automotive electronics technology, and engagement with customers on solutions including vehicle electrification, ADAS and autonomous solutions, infotainment, and vehicle connectivity.
5+ years in leadership role working with Automotive customers.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in collaborating with internal organization to achieve share gain objectives.
Demonstrated capability in leading teams to win, with sustained high performance
BSEE/BSCE along with relevant experience in Automotive solutions.
