Job Responsibility:  

• To be responsible for Assembly Backend -Chemical and Singulation Equipment.

• PM SOP definition, SOP compliance.

• Productivity improvement.

• Machine OU improvement, machine standardization.

• Machine trouble shooting and SAE training.

• Spare parts management, cost reduction.

• Project handling (Zero particle/ Automation).

 Job Qualification: 

• Bachelor degree and above. Major in Mechanical and Automation Engineering related fields.

• Working experience less than 2 years, or no industry experience.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Familiar with AUTOCAD.

• Having experience with package sawing and singulation is a plus.

• Factory automation related experience is preferred.
