Looking for an architect proficient in AutoCAD with 3+ years of experience. Must have strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of Sketchup and Photoshop is a plus. Responsibilities include creating plans, conducting site evaluations, and overseeing construction projects.

About the job

Looking for a qualified architect who is proficent in AutoCAD. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. Knowledge of Sketchup and Photoshop would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project

Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards

Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process

Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Conduct client meetings and coordinate with various consultants

Good communication Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture

3+ years of experience in construction and architecture

Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop.
