Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with accounting software (Oracle, SAP) is a plus. The position is suitable for recent graduates or those with at least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, sales support, or customer service.

Job Description

General Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rebate team as a Rebate Accountant. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Responsibilities:

Assist in the processing of rebate claim transactions and the related aging claims.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for rebate claims calculations and verification.

1. Document processing, data filing
2. Correspondence matters
3. Support various project tasks
4. Other administrative and assigned tasks

Essential Skills and Experience:

Communication:
English verbal, writing, and reading is required.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve rebate-related inquiries.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or 2-3 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting, Sales Support or Customer Service-related field.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Advanced in Microsoft Excel and other basic accounting software such as Oracle, SAP etc., is a plus.
