The C&B Manager will partner with HRBPs and senior business stakeholders to deliver compensation solutions. Responsibilities include data analysis on compensation elements (base pay, short-term/long-term incentives), delivering compensation programs (annual increases, promotions, incentives), providing market intelligence, and driving change management projects. The role requires a deep understanding of total compensation programs, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. This is a remote position located in Ukraine and involves participation in global C&B projects within a cross-cultural environment.

About the Project: Global C&B function, C&B Operations team
Our team: located in Ukraine
Role: Remote
Location: Ukraine

Responsibilities

Partner with HRBPs and senior business stakeholders to deliver compensation solutions that support business objectives.

Perform meaningful data analysis on compensation elements, including base pay, short-term incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, pay for performance, benchmarking / market data, peer reviews, etc.

Deliver compensation programs including annual base pay increases, promotions, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives to clients.

Provide up-to-date market intelligence on competitive compensation trends and practices.

Drive change management projects to ensure smooth integration into Headquarters pay practices and philosophy.

Skills:

5+ years of progressive compensation experience.

Candidate must have a deep understanding of total compensation programs including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, executive compensation, benchmarking / market data, jobs architecture and evaluation.

Organizational agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change rapidly in time sensitive situations.

Autonomous worker with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong financial background and business acumen.

Analytical mindset and ability to manage large, complex data sets.

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Must have

Analytical Skills, Compensation and Benefits, HR Databases, Microsoft Excel, Office Pack, Sufficient knowledge and practice of C&B processes: Base Salary management, Variable practices (STIs, LTIs), benefits, knowledge of external compensation providers (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry, etc)

Nice to have

Skills: Attention to detail, Business English, Creative thinking, Effective written communication, Presentation skills, Problem solving, Time management

Experience:

Experience in big international companies (HC>5000) with global or regional responsibility, work in Big 4 consulting companies
