Monitor Business & Financial Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and profitability.
Revenue Enhancement & Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize costs and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment with AOP and business goals.
Data Analysis: Leverage analytical tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate reports and forecasts to provide visibility into business performance and trends.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving processes to optimize revenue management.
Strategic Insights: Provide actionable recommendations to senior management to shape strategies for growth and cost control.

Required Qualifications:
Education: MBA (Mandatory) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or business analytics.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to present data insights to senior management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
Understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in revenue management in industries like retail, hospitality, or e-commerce.
