We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and manage agile practices for multiple teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will guide teams to deliver high-quality products while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused.
Coach Teams: Mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices, empowering them to deliver value consistently.
Remove Obstacles: Identify and resolve impediments, enabling teams to maintain a steady pace of work.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on priorities.
Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage teams to analyze processes and workflows, adopting changes that improve efficiency and outcomes.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and communicate key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to provide insights and drive informed decision-making.
Foster Collaboration: Build strong, trusting relationships across teams and departments to create an environment of shared success.
Manage Scale: Oversee multiple Scrum teams while maintaining focus on their individual needs and performance.
Must have
Experience:
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Proven track record of working with distributed and co-located teams in a software development setting.
Experience in Digital and/or Apps
Experience of API's and microservices
Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), or equivalent certification.
Skills:
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best work.
