    • Present media strategies to clients, addressing their needs and aligning proposed solutions with their objectives and business goals.
    • Act as a key client-facing representative of Moonbug, networking and building relationships within the industry.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

    • Propose and develop innovative integrated marketing programs that offer special value to clients and extend Moonbug's offerings.

Campaign Oversight & Coordination:

  • Post-Sale Transition & Oversight:
    • Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale by overseeing the execution of campaigns.
    • While less hands-on during the post-sale phase, you will monitor the campaign lifecycle to ensure campaign success, collaborating with operations, client success, research and content partnerships teams to resolve any issues and optimize delivery.
    • Act as a point of contact alongside client success for post-sale client inquiries, overseeing communication and ensuring campaigns meet or exceed expectations.

Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with operations to manage inventory availability, explore potential alternative solutions, and ensure that client needs can be met within the scope of available assets.
    • Partner with the research team to provide clients with relevant audience insights, ensure that campaigns are optimized to reach the right target demographics and develop bespoke research solutions and brand lift studies to measure campaign effectiveness.
