Volcano Engine, a cloud service platform owned by ByteDance, is looking for an Account Executive to drive sales in the European automotive industry. This role involves establishing relationships with major European car companies, analyzing project needs, and ensuring successful project delivery in collaboration with the solution team. You will be responsible for generating revenue from OEMs, dealers, suppliers, and mobility service providers, while actively networking and promoting Volcano Engine solutions at industry events. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technology sales experience in the automotive industry with a strong understanding of LLM, cloud services, and automotive solutions. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for the automotive industry are essential.

It opens the growth methods, technical capabilities and application tools accumulated during Bytedance's rapid development to external companies, helping companies build digital capabilities such as experience innovation, data-driven and agile iteration. Achieve sustainable business growth Job Description - Establish relationships with the headquarters of several European car companies and maintain key personnel to help maintain good interaction between Volcano and customers. - Acquisition, tracking and competing product analysis of key project information, and overseeing delivery working closely with the solution team; - Cooperate with the team in China to maintain the relationship with the European headquarters and help to obtain project opportunities and maintain relationships in the Chinese branch. - Responsible for automotive industry product sales for Volcano Engine in Europe. Mainly focus on passenger and non-passenger vehicle OEMs, dealers, suppliers, mobility services providers. - Support business in achieving the sales target, through achieving sales directly, improving relationships and volume of work with current partners and growing awareness of our solutions in the region. - Analyze the changes in customer needs, and provide suggestions for the company to improve its products and solutions. - Attend local and international industry events in order to network, grow our market presence and present our solutions to the wider industry.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5 years of experience in technology sales in the automotive industry or related industry. - Strong communication and adaptability, good sales skills, proactive personality, and a strong sense of teamwork. - Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred Qualifications - Familiar with LLM, cloud services, autonomous driving solutions, digital cockpit solutions, digital marketing solutions, and have customer resources from Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and BMW. - Additional language skills to communicate with the wider European region.
