Bounteous is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead digital marketing projects from start to finish, including scope and timeline definition, design, campaign planning, and deliverable handoff. The role involves managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, guiding teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, and risks, creating schedules, and facilitating communication within multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will act as a key client contact, ensure expectations are met, and work towards campaign and project deliverables aligning with client business goals. The role demands leading and motivating teams, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and driving project outcomes.
Must have:
  • Lead digital marketing projects, from inception to completion.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary project teams.
Good to have:
  • Experience in an agency setting with 5+ years of project management.
  • Strong digital marketing experience and AOR work.
  • Understanding of CMS platforms and web technologies.

Currently, Bounteous is searching for Project Management talent to add to our fast-growing team. Successful candidates have a demonstrated history and the wherewithal to truly partner with clients, leading all phases of digital marketing projects including scope and timeline definition, creative and user experience design, campaign planning and production, deliverable handoff, and delivery.  Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects of various sizes independently from inception through completion. You’ll be responsible for prioritizing, guiding, and directing practice area teams throughout the life cycle of various small to large sized digital marketing projects. Information Security Responsibilities
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Independently lead and motivate diverse teams and manage multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects, following internal processes, resulting in a high degree of client and internal team member satisfaction
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes
  • Create and maintain a project schedule including activity definition, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
  • Proactively monitor, communicate, and manage project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risk
  • Ability to understand a problem and work toward a solution by building consensus within the project team
  • Serve as an advocate for the project team, ensuring that they are empowered and have the information needed to successfully create and deliver an excellent end product
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and facilitate communication amongst the multidisciplinary project teams and client stakeholders 
  • Schedule and facilitate efficient meetings including producing detailed agenda, facilitating discussions, and ensuring action items are identified and followed up on
  • Ability to adjust how information is communicated to various audiences, who each process information in their own way, have different working styles, and unique personalities 
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the project team 
  • Ability to resolve conflicts in a mature, productive, and positive manner
  • Act as a key client contact and ensure their expectations are met and results are delivered
  • Work with the client team and practice leads to ensure that campaign and project deliverables meet client expectations and align to business goals 
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Develop domain expertise in client's business space to drive results
  • Ability to easily work with design, content, media and marketing teams, and communicate across all levels in the company
  • Support process and efficiency improvements across the Program Delivery competency 
  • Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver success
  • Continue expansion and development of new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting 
  • A strong digital DNA with experience in digital marketing and AOR work 
  • A basic understanding of CMS platforms and web technologies
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
  • Worked with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 10 or more people
  • Managed distributed or remote team members
  • In-depth understanding of digital development process and technologies 
  • Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum
  • Experience delivering digital-marketing projects with a focus on campaign, marketing, and creative
  • Proven communication, organizational skills and a focused attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an extremely face paced environment 
  • Experience in Confluence, JIRA, Sharepoint, Basecamp, Monday and Teams or equivalent tool for software development
  • CSM and PMP certifications are a plus
  • Previous Telecom experience is a plus
