- Collaborate with art directors and team
- Develop world-building visuals & design languages
- Concept analysis & design for levels and props
- Strong traditional art skills (composition, color theory, etc.)
- 5+ years of game industry experience (AAA experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with 3D software and game engines

1.与主美以及核心制作团队密切合作，参与项目美术方向制定并推动具象化设计；
2.开发世界观背景，视觉化，并总结设计语言；
3.为关卡布局和游戏道具提供概念分析和设计；
4.对游戏IP的美术风格和审美类型进行长期探索。
岗位要求
1.能够根据主美的意见快速迭代概念；
2.与3D美术有效合作，找到挑战性的概念解决方案；
3.强大的沟通能力以及对世界和地图创建的理解，能够接受并提出良好的建设性批评；
4.优秀的传统艺术功底，对构图、色彩理论、透视、灯光、环境、建筑、平面设计有很强的掌握；
5.5年以上游戏行业经验，拥有在 AAA 环境艺术团队工作经验者优先；
6.熟悉 3D 软件和引擎试用者优先。
