We’re looking for a passionate and curious Senior Account Executive to be part of team, executing campaigns for an exciting brand. As an SAE it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth delivery of briefs, managing internal / external stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of assets. In particular, this role will have an emphasis on delivering 36- degrees campaigns at scale. In addition to external client service duties, the SAE will help oversee assigned creative & ATL campaigns , social media campaigns, meeting planning coordination, creative, and/or production activities carried out by the agency on behalf of the client. Critical role considerations that you will need to deliver on:

-Excellent oral/written communication skills with a keen ability to keep supervisors properly informed
-Being a self-starter: must be a quick learner, intuitive, and proactive
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
-Bringing a “fresh” approach to the business bringing new ideas to each project and task
-Understanding of the Client’s business is essential; the AE will be required to forge positive relationships with his/her Clients through consistent contact and diligent client service.
-Ability to build solid relations with other agency departments (Creative, Media, Traffic, Planning, and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day-to-day internal operations.
-Capability for analytics of core KPIs and be able to develop and prepare all proper/required reporting on his or her assigned activities, including competitive analysis.
-Accuracy of contract reports and follow-ups, as well as internal processes / cost estimates / invoicing / etc…
-Work hand in hand with our in-house design team to create best in class content.
-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standard of work
-Maintaining a positive attitude even when under pressure: Above all, attitude before aptitude.
-Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field
-2-4 years experience in related field (some degree of advertising agency experience is necessary as the job requires a high level of understanding of advertising principles and agency functions).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-Evidence of being solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance and delivery
-Comms Planning experience in a digital (service) environment or with QSR’s (a plus but not essential)
-Exceptional communication skills that foster a strong relationship with team members and the client
-Expert time manager and ability to prioritize workload
-Ability to negotiate with team members and clients to accomplish tasks and drive projects forward
