ShyftLabs is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with over 5 years of experience to contribute to product development in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing product development, testing, and deployment while ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. The developer will optimize applications, participate in code reviews, debug frontend issues, and stay current with industry trends. They will also collaborate with a cross-functional team and contribute to documentation. The ideal candidate can solve complex problems, write strong code, and have experience with React.js.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in Frontend and React Technologies.
- 3+ years of experience with RESTful API and web technologies.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Experience with client-facing UI development and an eye for design aesthetics.
- Expertise in debugging complex systems or applications.
- Version control systems (Git).
Good to have:
- Experience within the Retail or E-commerce industry is a plus.
- Experience with any the following technologies - Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and Docker.
- Experience working on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

Position Overview:
ShyftLabs is looking for a strong Frontend Developer with 5+ Years of Professional experience in building products and who have an entrepreneurial spirit to work in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for resourceful developers who can solve complex problems and write very strong code. React.js experience is a must-have for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage product development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop/Enhance existing applications as per product requirements.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.
- Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Work with a small cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, data engineers, and designers.
- Help the team in documenting changes made in different artifacts.
- Help team members in the knowledge-sharing session
- Ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend and React Technologies.
