Job Description
Smilegate is seeking a Senior MMORPG Game Operator (GM/CM) to manage the global distribution and service of its game titles. Responsibilities include MMORPG launch and live operation, developing and executing global operational strategies and community management plans, creating announcements and social media content, collecting and responding to player feedback, and maintaining operational tools. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of MMORPG operational experience, including global launch preparation and live operations. A deep understanding of the MMORPG genre, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential.
Must have:
- 5+ years MMORPG operational experience
- Global launch & live operation experience
- Community management & content creation
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Good to have:
- Experience with various mobile game genres
- Experience managing game channels (KakaoTalk, Facebook, Discord)
- English or second language proficiency

- 공지 작성, 커뮤니티/SNS 콘텐츠 기획, VOC 수집/제안, 라이브 이슈 대응
- 운영툴 기획/세팅 및 유지보수
자격요건
- MMORPG 장르 운영 경력 5년 이상
- 글로벌 권역 론칭 운영 준비 및 라이브 경험 보유
필요역량
- MMORPG 장르 게임에 대한 높은 이해도
- 유연한 사고와 부서 간 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
- 책임감 있게 업무를 수행하고 적극적인 태도를 갖고 있으신 분
우대사항
- 풍부하고 다양한 모바일 게임 플레이 경험자 (MMORPG, 수집형 RPG 등)
- 장르 특화 채널 운영 경험 (카카오톡, 페이스북, 디스코드 등)
- 영어 또는 제2외국어 가능자
