Pull up a chair and join us by the hearth! The Hearthstone team is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Senior Game Producer to join us and take point on our Live Operations! This role involves patch release management, improving our release operations, and driving live issues to resolution. The ideal Senior Live Ops Producer is organized, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has strong technical skills.

We value diverse voices and varied backgrounds, and we're looking for individuals to help us build fun, compelling, and inclusive experiences for Hearthstone. Previous experience as a Hearthstone player is not a requirement for this role, however it is a plus.

This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

What you bring to the table:

• Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Complete and advance release management framework for game releases and service updates
• Build and maintain the schedule for major planned releases and unplanned hotfixes and own the release of major updates to the game
• Coordinate with partners for maintenances, downtimes, and mobile submissions
• Manage operational issues in live environment – including 24/7 on-call rotation and postmortems
• Represent the development team in publishing, commercial, and platform discussions and planning
• Participate in planning with Esports and Community partners for event environments
• Own and drive continual improvement of our processes and live operations
• Communicate status of live operations, releases and upcoming milestones to the team and leadership team
• Promote, contribute to, and participate in a culture of inclusion and diversity

Minimum Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working on live software or services in a production, QA, operations, or project management capacity

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong foundation of software development and project management methodologies
• Ability to build, track, and maintain complex roadmaps and schedules

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
