Job Description:

As the Senior Project Manager at AutoVRse, you will be responsible for both our SaaS product, VRseBuilder, and our custom and value-added services. You will ensure that VRseBuilder remains the best product in the market while overseeing the delivery of all pending customer projects. You will work closely with our existing project managers to ensure successful project planning, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Product Management:

• Drive the product vision and strategy for VRseBuilder.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to make informed product decisions.

B) Project Management:

• Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and manage project timelines.
• Create and implement a metrics-driven system for evaluating the efficiency of our project delivery pipeline.
• Work closely with our Deployment & Customer Success team in understanding client issues and pain-points during & post project delivery.

C) Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product and project goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer centricity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of VR, AR, and 3D technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
