Description

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Delivery Manager to our Family Island studio.

As a Delivery Manager, you will build and lead agile concepts and methodologies while guiding amazing cross-functional teams of energized, brilliant and creative engineers and work on unique challenges of scale and performance while keeping a steady pace of deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for 2 Scrum teams deliverables;
  • Plan and execute Feature releases;
  • Communicate and negotiate risks during feature development;
  • Run 2 Scrum teams, facilitate Scrum events;
  • Be involved in the day to day release and production activities;
  • Manage the scope, schedule, and resources of key initiatives, ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked, work with the team to create success/done criteria;
  • Release management for 2 Scrum teams (according to existing process);
  • Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;
  • Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
  • Improve and support existing processes inside the RnD organization by working closely with other delivery managers in the studio;
  • Be a synchronization point for other Scrum teams in a studio and apply effective communication and synchronization across business and technical function teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project manager;
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
  • Deep knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle;
  • Strong Project management skills;
  • Experience in working with multiple projects (and teams) simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile development methodologies;
  • Professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
  • Experience with Change Management;
  • Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills);
  • Result-driven and self-organized;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
  • Strong relationship and communication skills;
  • Experience in Gaming industry (mobile games) is a big plus.
