ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Manual/Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will join our Regulatory Reporting team, and you will be working with Backend, Rest APIs and DB testing.
Tech stack: Java/Kotlin, Maven, WireMock, TestRail, Jenkins, MySQL.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Building end-to-end automated (50%) and manual (50%) tests that can continuously test our systems.
● Writing a variety of tests, including functional and regression tests.
● Maintaining our automated and manual test suites.
● Identifying new technologies and best practices for our growing engineering team.
● Improving our continuous delivery pipeline, ensuring that we can do frequent, robust releases.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
● You are experienced in writing, defining and maintaining test cases,
● You are experienced in backend and REST API testing,
● You have some experience in Java or Kotlin (we are writing test cases in Kotlin),
● You have experience in TestRail (or other test management tool),
● You are a great communicator with a willingness to learn,
● You speak English fluently (B2/C1 level is a minimum, as we communicate in English),
NICE TO HAVES
● Experience with Jira (or equivalent)
● Experience working with microservices.
