Senior SAP Test Manager S/4HANA (m/f/d)

• As a SAP senior test manager you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities related to the implementation of SAP solutions.
• You are consulting clients on quality and test management, both in classical and agile approaches.
• You lead test manager teams.
• You design project-specific test strategies for SAP modules, considering efficiency and risk factors.
• You manage the entire test process and ensure quality assurance.
• You create test plans, test concepts and test cases and analyse as well as resolve test issues and defects.
• You coordinate test execution on different test levels, such as integration, end-to-end and acceptance tests.
• You report test results and present them to project leaders and clients.
• You lead and guide testers and test teams, both internally and externally.
• You apply appropriate test measurements and metrics for the product and the test team.
• You also support in presales activities.

• A technical or scientific background, preferably with a degree in a relevant field e.g. information technology or business science.
• At least 3 years experience in testing and test coordination in SAP projects, especially in SAP S4/HANA Greenfield and Conversion projects.
• Knowledge of test tools (not a specific one necessary) and methods, such as Atlassian Jira in combination with the add-on Xray, SAP Solution Manager and ISTQB® standards.
• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
• An agile mindset and a never-stop-learning mentality.
• An ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Manager certification is desirable, as well as training experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English.
