Job Description

The Service Advisor at Tesla Taiwan is responsible for addressing customer concerns related to vehicle maintenance and repairs. This includes determining if issues can be resolved remotely, escalating complex problems to supervisors, accurately recording data in the management system, and guiding customers through solutions. The role involves coordinating vehicle details before delivery, managing scheduling and communication with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction with services performed. Additional responsibilities include assisting with insurance claims, vehicle appraisals, and monitoring repair progress. The advisor works closely with the technical team to ensure a high level of customer service. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

What to Expect

Responsibilities:
• To address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
• Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager to provide immediate attention.
• Accurately record issues and data into Management System.
• Conduct Transactions with system; walk customer through correction and provide summary.
• Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.
• Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery.
• Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer.
• Follow up with Customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.
