General Purpose:

Planner - Memory factory build plan

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plans, schedules, coordinates, and monitors DRAM build plan. 
• Verify material availability for production work orders.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts immediately.
• Stabilize schedules to promote company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate with relevant departments to determine immediate needs and any changes in schedule.
• Consider factors such as personnel capabilities, machine limitations, production plans, production schedules, etc. to make appropriate work assignments.
• Analyze production record reports and monitor and control progress.
• High attention to detail and discipline to review a large volume of SKUs
• Critical thinking skills to identify and anticipate potential issues before they happen.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Graduated from a major in the relevant manufacturing industry, or have more than 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good English Language proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel/ERP(Oracle) skills
• Have good teamwork and be able to proactively communicate and coordinate with various departments
