The opportunity

The Ad Unit Innovation team at Unity optimizes how ads are displayed on over a billion mobile devices. The team is responsible for crafting new engaging ad formats and building the pipeline to deliver personalized ads for users on Unity’s ad network.

As a Software Engineer on the team, you will collaborate with designers, engineers, and data scientists to implement innovative data-driven UI / UX for mobile devices to implement innovative data-driven UI / UX for mobile devices.

What you’ll be doing

• Take technical specifications for beneficial products and translate them to positive customer outcomes through software development.
• Efficiently tackle problems, communicate, and educate internal stakeholders and customers.
• Help the Engineering Manager to scope projects for customers for multiple facets of Unity Ads Monetization.
• Work on projects that directly impact Unity Customers.
• Work with the business team to translate business requirements into engineering features.
• Collaborate with teammates to take the features to completion.
• Design, develop, launch, and maintain Web Services that powers billions of gamers across the world.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Must possess knowledge of the following: Software development and problem decomposition; Typescript and JavaScript; Requirements engineering; and React

Additional information

• 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $146,781 - $156,781/yr.
• Telecommuting (remote work) permitted.
