Key Responsibilities:

• Daily process Handling: Manage and execute daily pricing projects tasks according to Process IOPs.
• Quality Assurance: Make sure every project is of the highest quality and meets defined SLAs.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Understand Customer’s requirement and focus on customer/revenue outcome, which should help to achieve organization goals and to build a good rapport.
• Adherence to IOPs: Follow established IOPs, ensuring any deviations are checked with stakeholders prior to execution.
• Data Quality Focus: Maintain a focus on data quality to ensure that SLAs are consistently met.
• Process Understanding: Stay up-to-date with process requirements and IOPs to perform the task.
• Escalation Management: Perform root cause analyses in case of escalations to prevent future occurrences.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, science, arts, or any other discipline from a reputed institute.
• Experience: You should have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the shipping & Logistics business.
• Process Knowledge: You have a thorough understanding of basic shipping process and are keen to ensure process adherence and quality.
• Attention to Detail: You are highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
• Problem-Solving Ability: You are a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, capable of performing root cause analyses and solving issues independently.
• Communication Skills: Should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Adherence to timelines proposed or agreed with stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills is added advantage. Should be able to connect the dots and think proactively to avoid business impact and to generate additional revenue
• Ability to work under pressure - with high sense of urgency
• Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Teamwork and Independence: You are a team player who enjoys working independently, with the ability to guide and challenge stakeholders when necessary.
• Work Environment: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and are adaptable to change.
• Open to work in rotational shifts
• Should be prolific in all Microsoft packages like Excel, PowerPoint, MS word, etc.
