Must have:

6+ years of experience in software development.
Experience with Angular 15+ and .NET Core.
Strong skills in SQL Server.
Excellent communication skills and leadership.

Good to have:

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
Familiarity with front-end state management libraries (e.g., NgRx)
Understanding of responsive design principles
Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks
Knowledge of database design patterns and optimization techniques
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI.

Person Specification:

ISG is looking to recruit an experienced software development professional with a minimum of 6 years experience and a proven track record in full-stack development, especially the delivery of projects using Angular 15+, .NET Core WebAPIs, and SQL Server.

Strong experience with Angular 15+ and .NET Core is essential, along with advanced SQL Server skills.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership, a proven track record of delivery, and a detailed knowledge of software design principles and best practices in both frontend and backend development

Job Description:

Develop bespoke solutions for the corporate business platforms.
Help to maintain the platform content where necessary.
Participate in regular code reviews and provide updates on task progress.
Work closely with other relevant teams to ensure alignment and coordination across development operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks, issues, and ensure delivery on time and to the required quality standard.
Understand the business and ensure software delivery is targeted to align with the overall company strategy.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and adoption of best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering.

Excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of client experience

Strong proficiency in Angular 15+ and TypeScript.
Extensive experience with .NET Core, especially in developing WebAPIs.

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Nice to Haves:
