Job Description

As a Technical Delivery Lead/TPM, you will be responsible for leading delivery, program management, and cross-group collaboration with Inworld's critical external partners, driving customer requirement clarity, and helping them understand Inworld's technology. You will also partner with internal engineering and product teams within a defined product area. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to craft technical architecture diagrams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with external partners as a delivery lead, collaborating with technical product and engineering teams on consumer and AI/ML products, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong technical background and architecture diagramming skills
Experience as delivery lead for critical engagements
Experience working with technical product and engineering teams
Relevant experience with consumer and AI/ML products
Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

Your Impact

You will work closely with Inworld’s critical external partners but also work closely internally with Inworld’s product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Be the delivery lead for a set of Inworld’s critical external partners driving delivery, program management, and cross group collaboration with these set of partners

Own driving customer requirement clarity
Help customers understand the capabilities of the inworld tech stack
Work with product management and engineering to deliver on customer requests

Be a technical program management partner for internal engineering and product teams for a defined product area

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and craft detailed technical architecture diagrams
Experience working with external partners as the delivery lead for critical engagements to own and deliver on key deliverables and milestones
Experience working closely with technical product and engineering team members
Relevant experience working on consumer and AI/ML products
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an adaptability to change
Passion for gaming or interactive storytelling

In-office location: Mountain View, California, United States. Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate (you will be working on-site in our South Bay office a few days a week).

The United States base salary range for this full-time position is between $180,000 - $280,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
