Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager at Google's Mandiant, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include planning requirements, identifying risks, managing project schedules, and communicating with cross-functional partners. You'll work with stakeholders to lead transformation and change programs, leveraging experience in software release management and global product/service delivery. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, and the ability to translate complex technical details to both technical and executive audiences. A minimum of 8 years of program management experience is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Cross-functional project leadership
Software release management expertise
Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Good to have:

Experience with security domain
Product roadmap creation & execution
Global program delivery experience

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience creating, executing, and delivering against a product roadmap and driving business impact.
Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence.
Experience with the security domain.
Excellent project management, problem solving, and analysis skills.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
