Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager at TiMi Japan will identify and secure IP collaboration opportunities in the Japanese market. This includes negotiating with licensors, building and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese IP partners, ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaborations. Responsibilities include supporting the realization of business opportunities, driving negotiations with licensors, and fostering strong relationships with Japanese IP partners. The role requires extensive experience in the anime and game industries, particularly in managing business relationships with major licensors and driving strategic partnerships. A deep understanding of game development, publishing, and operations processes is essential.

Must have:

15+ years in anime/game industry
Extensive Japanese IP partner network
Strong negotiation & relationship building skills
Fluent Japanese, English/Chinese a plus
Experience managing relationships with major licensors

日本のIPパートナーと良好な協力関係を構築・維持し、円滑なコミュニケーションと長期的な協力を確保すること。

日本市場におけるIPパートナーに精通している方：日本大手ゲーム会社、出版社、テレビ局、アニメ制作会社のプロデューサー、ディレクター、上級管理職との人脈を有する方。主要なクリエイターや意思決定者と積極的に確固たる関係を構築できる方
アニメ版権・ゲーム業界で15年以上の勤務経験をお持ちの方。大手ライセンサーとのビジネスとパートナーシップを管理し、戦略的な協力関係を推進できる経験がある方。
ゲーム業界における開発、パブリッシング、運営プロセスに精通している方。また、エンターテインメント業界の企業との協力経験がある方を優先する。
日本語が母国語レベルであり、英語または中国語のコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可。コミュニケーション能力に優れ、チャレンジ精神が旺盛な方。
