Job Description

This role focuses on managing the operational aspects of PlayStation's officially licensed products. Responsibilities include overseeing the license approval process for peripherals (controllers, headsets, etc.), managing parts ordering and sales, and handling related tasks. The position involves analyzing requests from global marketing teams and licensees, collaborating with internal departments to secure licenses, resolving challenges, and communicating with various stakeholders. This is a growth opportunity within a scaling business unit, offering a chance to contribute significantly to the expansion of PlayStation's licensed product line. The role requires strong collaboration with internal and external teams and excellent communication skills, especially in English.

Must have:

Procurement, order processing, billing and payment experience
Process-oriented operational experience and process improvement
Global process management and direct third-party interaction
Business-level English proficiency

Good to have:

Hardware product development/planning experience
Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proactive and adaptable nature

■職務内容
オフィシャルライセンス商品の実務担当者を募集します。
周辺機器（コントローラー、ヘッドセット、など）のライセンス承認プロセス運用、部品受注販売運用、関連業務をご担当いただきます。
世界中のマーケティングメンバーやライセンシー様から届く申請や要望に対し、分析・整理をし、関連部署の協力も得つつ、ライセンス許諾に向けた推進や課題解決、他社含むステークホルダーへのコミニュケーション、などを実行します。既に当社が持つ大きなビジネスとは異なり、これからスケールさせていくビジネスの成長を経験できるポジションです。

■組織・職場紹介
ライセンス商品（例：ハンドル型のコントローラ）のポリシーやグローバルライセンスの承認プロセスを取り扱い、3rd partyと協力して当社単独では思いつかないような視点、ユーザーインサイトに基づく商品機器開発推進を行っている組織です。各部署と連携し、PlayStationブランドの強みを最大限に活かしながら、ユニークなブランドライセンス事業を推進しています。ライセンスビジネスの拡大に伴い、実務と並行して更なる業務効率化や、ライセンス商品のカテゴリーを増やすなどを含めた中長期的なビジネス拡大を進める体制構築が必要なフェーズになりました。
「この商品のライセンスを認めることでPlayStationビジネスにどのようなインパクトがあるのか」といった議論をグローバルマーケティングとも議論をすることもあり、英語力を活かしてご活躍いただける環境もあります。

■求められるスキル
【必須（MUST）】

・調達、受発注、請求・支払業務、等のプロセス運用経験

・プロセスに沿ったオペレーション業務経験、プロセス改善業務経験
・グローバルなプロセス運用経験、他社と直接やりとりするプロセス運用経験

【歓迎（WANT）】
・ハードウェアの商品開発・商品企画に関する業務経験は尚可
・新しいツールを学び業務に活用する能力（ex JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint etc.)

■語学力 / Language Skills
・ビジネスレベルの英語力 (E-mail, confluence, Slack, MS Teams, 電話, face-to-face, Presentation)
・異文化コミュニケーション能力
