Job Description

As a Tools Engineer, you will support the suite of in-house game-content creation tools and the people who use them. You will use your passion, technical excellence, and customer focus to help build and improve these tools over time. The role involves building tools with frameworks like WPF and WinForms, with knowledge of C#, C++, and Python. You should possess great problem-solving skills and prioritize user experience while balancing perfection with getting the job done. The position is hybrid and requires at least three days per week at the Vancouver studio.

We’ve been passionate about video game development for 20 years now, shipping award-winning games for fans across the world and still going strong. Some of our titles include Super Mario Strikers, Mario Strikers Charged, Punch-Out!!, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, Metroid Prime Federation Force, Luigi’s Mansion 3 and most recently Mario Strikers™: Battle League.

Please note this is currently a hybrid position, requiring at least three days per week at our Vancouver studio.

The hiring range for this position is $82,500 - $105,000 CAD annually and is subject to change. The final base salary compensation will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
