This role focuses on growing the GMV of MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks) on ByteDance's e-commerce platform in the Philippines. Responsibilities include identifying high-potential products, supporting creators in package preparation, price negotiation, and sales strategy development for live broadcasts and e-commerce videos. Building relationships with merchants to secure favorable pricing and services, collaborating on local campaigns, and fostering partnerships with agencies and sellers are key. The role also involves designing and implementing support policies to incentivize top creators, coordinating campaign participation, and facilitating matchmaking between creators and sellers.

About the team: In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of GMV of MCNs, by acquiring, and helping them to succeed on the platform, finding the best product, growing the assortments for them to sell via our platform. Responsibilities: - Ability to find highly potential products and match products to different channels to maximise sales. - Responsible for supporting Creators (Celebrity; MCN; Top creators; Community) to prepare product packages, bargain products' price, commissions, and design sales methods to realize the largest e-commerce sales via live broadcasts and our e-commerce videos. - Foster trusts relationships with merchants to achieve better pricing and quality of services. - Work with cross-functional teams to co-create local campaigns and push forward for execution. - Foster strong partnerships with agencies and sellers. Top Creator Growth & Support: - Design and implement supporting policies to incentivize and empower the Top Creator. - Coordination for campaign participation including voucher and ads support. - Provide matchmaking support between top creators and/or sellers. - Coordinate internal and external resources to secure tools and expertise for top creator growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: - Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, at least 4 years of E-commerce experience. - Experience in analytics and presentation with good attention to details. - Good communication and interpersonal skills with project management skills. - Adaptable, fast learner result-oriented and resilient team player. Preferred Qualification: - Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with agencies and partners. - Deep understanding of online marketing trends and influencer marketing strategies. - Direct seller management experience.
