ByteDance seeks Global Product Marketing Managers for Brand Innovation. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales and Business Marketing to define objectives and go-to-market strategies for branding solutions. This role requires market research (business owners, agencies, creators, competitors), close collaboration with the sales team to understand market needs, and working with cross-functional teams on regional programs. Building an understanding of advertising and measurement products to achieve customer goals is also critical. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience in product marketing, defining product value, building business cases from market research, developing marketing messages, and crafting go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities As part of the broader brand product team, partner with Sales and Business Marketing leadership to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for branding solutions offerings, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market. Conduct research into business owners, agencies, creators and competitors to understand their creative production philosophy and needs. Partner closely with the sales team to deeply understand and synthesize market needs and pain points to inform direction of product development. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives. Build an understanding of the most nascent advertising and measurement products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management (any), Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management (any), Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Product marketing and operations, product management, or product strategy in the digital advertising industry; Defining product value or creating pricing logic and hierarchy; Building business cases from market research to analysis; Developing marketing messages for different audiences; and Building go-to-market plans and content to drive product adoption. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $157040 - $180445 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
