Headout has served tens of millions of guests from 196 countries (every single sovereign state on the planet) on one of our experiences across 100+ cities in 9 languages. Today, we have sales of 100s of millions of $s a year and are growing rapidly. Contrary to the norm, we deliver this scale and growth while being profitable. We've been unit profitable for 18 months + and have recently turned EBITDA profitable as well. We have raised $60M+ from top-tier investors and are building a durable company for the long term - because that's what our mission needs and deserves.

You’ll create videos that entertain, educate, and inspire travel enthusiasts and Headout guests around the world. This role requires you to stay up to date with fast-growing design, video, and social media trends, and bring those ideas to life at work.

- Transform Good Content into Great Experiences. Edit videos for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and the Headout website.

đź’ťWhat skills & experience do you need?
- A Kickass Toolkit. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Master of All Media. Experience editing real footage, stock clips, and creating animations to bring stories to life.
- Sound Harmony. Basic knowledge of sound design to blend music, voiceovers, and effects for immersive storytelling.
- Color Wizardry. Strong grasp of color grading to set the tone and mood for each project; experience in DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Design Aficionado. A solid design sense with a knack for composition, layout, and visual harmony.
