Job Description

As an Application Security Engineer, you will ensure the security quality of PlayStation game consoles, peripherals, firmware, operating systems, and applications by applying the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL). Responsibilities include SDL tasks, design reviews, risk analysis, source code reviews, security feature verification, fuzzing tests, security test design, and collaboration with offshore teams. You'll work across all development phases, identifying and resolving security issues through design reviews, risk analysis, static analysis, and penetration testing. Collaboration with international teams is a key aspect of this role, offering global impact within the PlayStation business.

Must have:

2+ years SDL experience (risk analysis, security design review, code review, penetration testing, static analysis, OSS vulnerability response, incident response)
2+ years C/C++ embedded systems development experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good to have:

Cryptography expertise
Scripting and assembly languages
CI/CD environment setup
Cloud services
Authentication and authorization

アプリケーションセキュリティエンジニアとしてご活躍いただける方を募集しています。
当ポジションでは、主にPlayStation ゲームコンソール、コントローラーなどの周辺機器に搭載されるシステムソフトウェアやファームウェアのセキュリティについて、SDL(Secure Development Lifecycle) を軸として実施することにより、お客様およびゲームパートナー様が安全に利用できる製品・サービスを提供することを担当しています。各開発フェーズ（設計、実装、検証）において設計レビューやリスク分析、静的解析、PenTestなどを通して、セキュリティ上の問題点を発見し、アプリケーション開発チームと共に解決します。
業務の中で海外チームと一緒に業務を進めており、ワールドワードに活躍することが可能なポジションです。

■求められるスキル・技術領域

【必須経験】

以下2点の内、いずれか必須。

・2年以上の Security Development Lifecycle 関連業務経験（リスク分析、セキュリティ設計レビュー、コードレビュー、ペネトレーションテスト、静的解析、OSS 脆弱性対応、インシデント対応など）

・2年以上の C/C++ 言語による組み込み機器開発経験

【歓迎スキル】

・暗号技術

・Script、アセンブラ言語

・CI/CD環境構築

・クラウドサービス

・認証・認可 (edited)

■求める人物像

・新しい技術を進んで学ぼうとする姿勢をお持ちの方
・開発チームとの交渉力・コミュニケーション力が求められるため、次のような考え方で業務に当たれる方は歓迎します

■語学力

【英語】

・英会話は日常会話ができることが望ましいです。しかし、自ら語学力を向上しようとする姿勢があり、英語での会話に抵抗がなければ現時点での英語力は問いません。

【日本語】

・日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上が望ましい
